We may consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. You will need to provide proof of the transaction (e.g., transaction ID, bank statement snippet) to help us investigate the issue.
Once your request is received, our team will review it. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
